Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a Cash Administrator to join us in Manchester on a hybrid contract. You will join us on full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,660.00 per annum,plus excellent benefits

Your key duties as our Cash Administrator will include:

  • Ensure that all securitisation daily timing/requirements are adhered to.
  • Provide coaching and support to other team members.
  • Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices and credit notes.
  • Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels
  • Responsible for daily balancing.
  • Responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation.
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

What we are looking for in our ideal Cash Administrator:

  • Working in an office environment in a role which required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes.
  • Experience of regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office
