Case Progression Insolvency Manager/Senior Manager

Stonebridge is working with an award-winning firm who is looking for an experienced Insolvency Manager/Senior Manager to join their growing team in London. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be working across all industries and sectors, in close contact with the Partners.

This role will require you to come in 2 days a week in the office and then revert to 1 day a week.

• Manage a portfolio of cases with minimal supervision for the case progression team
• Report to management team on case progression
• Run accelerated marketing campaigns for business sales
• Liaise with solicitors and agents comfortably
• Agree creditor claims and pay dividends to creditors
• Manage external stakeholder relationships, such as with creditors, employees, directors, and shareholders

• Some previous corporate insolvency and restructuring experience
• Effective delegation and multitasking skills
• Effective project management skills
• Good understanding of the legislation governing the role
• Experience with IPS (necessary)
• Experience with Virtual Cabinet (desirable)
