As a Case Manager in the Post Offer Team,  you will be a pivotal member of the Post Offer Team, instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition for clients from the offer phase to completion. Your role will encompass diverse responsibilities, spanning from client relations to operational efficiency, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any queries related to mortgage applications.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate responses to phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing any queries.
  • Communicate with the Line Manager, escalating issues for discussion and resolution.
  • Liaise with the underwriting and risk team to ensure compliance with mortgage requirements and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Highly motivated with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change.
