You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs across multiple properties in East London and Essex. Delivering quality workmanship within your specific trades and without close supervision. You will be expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith, bathroom and kitchen repairs.

The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry experience specifically working with UPVC, and experience hanging fire doors and second fix carpentry. It is desirable to have an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry,

The Candidate:
* Previous Carpentry Experience
-NVQ in Carpentry
