Recruiting immediately for multiple Carpenters / Bench Joiners to join a successful and established business based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

If you're looking for:

  • Permanent work (PAYE).
  • A varied role with duties including benchwork, paint spraying, finishing, assembling.
  • Travelling to UK and Europe destinations.
  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £22 per hour with overtime available.

Due to continued growth, this fantastic opportunity is available to start immediately and will include basic joinery through to the manufacture of high-quality components, as well as painting/finishing of the product.

Part of the role will also include tracking materials used, minimising waste and completing documentation including purchase orders, materials sheets, timesheets and expenses, whilst also ensuring budget requirements are met.

You'll be doing a combination of work based in their workshop and then going to sites to build and construct the product.

We're looking for Carpenters with good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Ideally, you'll have your own tools and a full, clean driving licence.

Location:

St Ives, Cambridgeshire + travel to UK / Europe (including time away from home)

Hours:

39 hours per week (overtime available)

Salary:

£18-22 per hour

Benefits:

20 days annual leave + bank holidays, Health Insurance and Pension.
