Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work including installation, repair, and maintenance of various structures and fixtures.
• Undertake multi-trade tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, and plastering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter and multi trader in the property maintenance or construction industry.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques and knowledge of various materials and tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
