Job Description: Randstad are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter who can also fulfill the role of Handyman for our client's diverse projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of carpentry tasks as well as general maintenance and repair work, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including framing, installing doors and windows, fitting cabinets, and constructing shelves.
• Utilize woodworking tools and equipment to complete carpentry projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs, such as repairing drywall, and moving goods arround the site.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and property managers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to understand requirements and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

• A Valid Blue CSCS Card.
• Proven experience as a Carpenter and Handyman in a construction or maintenance role.
• Strong carpentry skills, including proficiency with woodworking tools and techniques.
• Versatility in handling a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
