My clients seeking an experienced CARGO OFFICE TEAM LEADER to assist with the day to day running of the operations at Heathrow.

Duties would include:

  • To lead and motived the team
  • Overseeing a team of 10+ cargo agents
  • Dealing with both imports and exports
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Ensuring all documentation is correct and completed with each shipment
  • Attending client meetings
  • Maintaining a high level of health and safety standards
  • Liaising with the warehouse staff / drivers
  • To ensure all deadlines are met
  • Reporting to the duty manager

Skills required:

  • Cargo agent/ supervisor experience
  • 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
  • DG trained- advantage
  • PC literate
  • Import/ export knowledge
  • Good customer service skills

Working hours:

  • 4 on 4 off 2days - 0700-1900 / 2 nights 1900-0700
