Cargo Agent

• Hourly Rate: £12.50
• Location: Heathrow
• Job Type: Temporary

We are always seeking a proactive Cargo Agents to work on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cargo/freight related queries, customer accounts, updating cargo systems and raising purchase orders.

• Raising sales invoices for import / export road or sea freight  
• Inputting costs on job files  
• Passing purchase invoices  
• Scanning files onto system  
• Data Input

• Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, capable of handling queries and providing information clearly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software or third-party delivery systems is a plus.
