- Reports to: Estates Manager
- Location: Bridgwater
- Salary: Up to £24,000 + Benefits
- Type: 37 hours per week
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Bridgwater.
Main Duties
- Outdoor maintenance of the site
- Typical caretaking duties
- General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs
- To operate as part of the estates team in the care, security and operation of all site buildings and grounds.
- To support in the daily operation and availability of all sites.
- To assist the Grounds Manager in preparing maintenance, development & project plans
- To adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards year on year, with strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable customer focussed experience.
Requirements
- Estates, caretaking or related experience
- Knowledge of DIY
- Trade experience desirable
- Able to pass a DBS check
- No previous convictions
