6 months (possibility of extension)
Fluent Welsh Speaker required.

The Role:

We are supporting our client with the recruitment of a Career Coach who will actively support and guide individuals with their career decisions and development. This role will mainly be telephone based and will require a candidate that can communicate in Welsh.

Responsibilitiesof a Career Coach

• Provide information and advice to individuals via telephone and web based services.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and offer employers a recruitment service.
• Support clients to achieve their education, training and employment goals.
• Update information on a bespoke CRM system.
• Ad hoc Administrative support when required

The Candidate

The ideal Career Coach will have the following skills and abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Welsh speaking is essential.
• Confident communication skills - verbal/listening/written
• Strong IT literacy
• Willingness to be DBS checked (which will be processed once the role commences)
