Key Responsibilities

As a Public Children Care Solicitor, your role will encompass a range of important responsibilities, including:

  • Representing clients in public law children cases, focusing on child protection, adoption, and care proceedings.
  • Providing legal advice and support to clients, ensuring they fully understand their rights and options.
  • Preparing and presenting cases in court, advocating on behalf of clients.

Requirements
