The owners, Lisa & Emma (who make Lima) started their journey as care workers and spent many years working in the industry developing a strong understanding of the need to build a strong team and putting people at the heart of everything they do. We are looking for passionate people for the role of a Care Practitioner in Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Ware.

What does this Care Practitioner job involve?

Hours of Work: Up to 40 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 14:00 - 22:00 + Alternative Weekends

The purpose of the position is to:

• Provide personal care
• Practical support
• Social interaction

• Observing the dignity of the individual
• Promote independence and dignity
