Clinical Care Manager
Salary: £58,300 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + CQC related bonus!
Location: Brixton, London
45 hours per week (Monday - Sunday), 8am-5pm with supernumerary hours

Exciting Clinical Care Manager role available at an OUTSTANDING, well established nursing home in Brixton. The home is part of a family run leading care provider with over 30 homes across the UK, renowned for fostering staff development. Being established since the 1980's, this provider has consistently delivered exceptional care to residents, particularly those with dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Care Manager:
* Provide leadership and management to staff
* Liaise with home manager and care manager to ensure effective home operations
* Conduct training and mentorship for staff
* Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and NMC code of conduct

Requirements as a Clinical Care Manager
* Registered Nurse qualification
* Active NMC Pin
* Previous experience in nursing home settings
* Management experience
* Able to be flexible on weekends if need be
