Hays Healthcare are actively recruiting a Care Manager (Registered Mental Health Nurse) to work in our Client's clinical service in Oldham. This position is a Hybrid Job Role and is available to Band 6. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Care Manager. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality patient care within our mental health services.

Your new role

• Oversee the delivery of individualised patient care.
• Implement clinical & administrative policies, procedures & regulations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide the highest standard of nursing care & be a role model to junior staff
• Ensure compliance by others of policies, procedures & regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Drivers License- Essential
• Proven experience in a mental health setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Punctual & reliability to work all shifts booked
• Good sickness record
