Are you a talented and experienced Care Home Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to lead a luxury facility in the sought-after location of Holt, Norfolk? Look no further!

Job Title: Care Home Manager (Nursing)
Location: Holt, Norfolk
Salary: £80,000 per year
Employment Type: Permanent, Days

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and legislation.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents while meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including professionals, families, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing a nursing home.
  • Good working knowledge and a proven record of CQC standards, aiming towards achieving Outstanding.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proven marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good, or outstanding rated care home.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care.
  • Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.
Qualifications:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential).
