H2R Selection have an exciting role for a Care Coordinator with a Domiciliary Care Company that provides high quality care-at-home service to their local community In Bristol.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all customer visits are allocated efficiently, recruiting suitable Care Assistants, and maintaining appropriate office procedures to support operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Implementing thorough recruitment and vetting procedures for all Care Assistants.
  • Processing new customer referrals accurately and in a timely manner..
  • Allocation of Care Assistants to all customer visits, ensuring full coverage at all times.
  • Administering all Individual Care & Support Agreements effectively.
  • Ensuring the computer system is updated regularly to reflect current information.
  • Keeping all service users and Care Assistant documentation and E - Files up to date.
  • Assisting with timesheets and invoice processing as required.
  • On call

Key Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in Care in a similar position
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving licence and access to own car
