Care Co-ordinator

Harrow, Middlesex

£35,000 + Pension

If you have worked in the care sector in the past then this role for a Care Co-ordinator will really be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Organising and co-ordinating care delivery to service users in accordance with best practice

- Allocating staff to meet service user requirements to cover care and clinical needs

- Monitoring the allocation of staff to maximise efficiency whilst supporting them as needed

- Ensuring the service provider meets quality targets and contractual requirements

- Building good relationships with clients and their families to ensure care needs are met

- Investigating complaints, incidents, accidents and any safe guarding concerns
