About the Company

Harpenden Bethesda Home is a small care home that provides care and support for elderly Christians. We have a family atmosphere here. We are looking for passionate individuals for the role of a Care Assistant.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: Between 07:30 - 21:00 / 07:30 - 15:00 / 13:30 - 21:00

  • Manage and regularly contribute to residents' care plans, involving them and the team.
  • Delivering and leading high-quality care as part of the care team using a person-centred approach.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, residents, volunteers, and visitors.
  • Ensure residents have the necessary access to health/social services.
  • Handle complaints, and communications effectively, maintaining records and complying with legislation.
