What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work: Up to Full Time Hours Per Week - Shifts: 7am - 10pm - FLEXIBLE Provider

• Providing Person-Centred Care to clients, in line with their individual Care Plans.
• Undertake essential domestic duties.
• Managing Incontinence.
• Accompanying clients to appointments.
• Food & Drinks preparation & Nutritional Support.
• Supporting Clients with their medicines.
• Accurate Reporting and Recording.
• Assisting with Moving and Handling.
• Other ad-hoc duties

• Access to own vehicle is Highly Recommended due to the nature of the role.
