Aurora Care Group provides Home Care for young adults, the elderly, and people with learning disabilities and mental health. We’re currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our team ever-growing team.

We strongly believe in providing a high-quality care visit at home. Our ethos is to ensure that our clients can remain in their own homes for as long as possible, and this ethos is something we would look for our Care Assistants to embrace.

We are seeking Care Assistants to join our expanding team to provide care according to current best practices, in line with company policy and procedures, agreed with standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the Manager’s direction.

This is a night-shift position requiring you to be able to work between 10 PM - 8 AM.

Job Requirements

Duties (Care Assistant):

  • Assisting with personal care (washing and bathing)
  • Administration of medication

As Aurora Care Group provides full training, specific experience/qualifications as a Care Assistant are not required.
