Position Overview: We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and medication administration. You will work closely with our team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and transfers.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
  • Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' condition.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of UK care experience.
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
  • Practical face-to-face CPR/First Aid training.
  • 3 years of referencing.
  • UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
