Carbon & BREEAM Consultant - Cardiff/Remote

This is an exciting chance for someone with a background in Sustainability to join an award winning, successful, and expanding company that has a network of offices across the UK. Due the company having a multidisciplinary focus, you will be working on a range of projects across the industry.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a genuine passion for Sustainability and the Environment
  • Be within travelling distance to Cardiff. Remote candidates will still be considered
  • Have already had experience in Carbon assessments and Carbon life appraisals
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience with BREEAM/LEED and WELL

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for Net Zero Carbon, building certification, health and well-being and others
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of low carbon technologies
  • Oversee environmental assessments of buildings using BREEAM, LEED & WELL
  • Provide regular design advice to clients
  • Produce data analysis, client presentations and written reports to a high standard
  • Support a diverse project portfolio, win new work and build client relationships
  • Follow best practice, and alleviate workloads from team members and colleagues as per the business requirements
