Car Sales Consultant

Forde Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Consultant to join our clients team at their dealership in York.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (Including on Target Earnings)

Guarantee commission of £500 per Month for first 6 Months
5 Day working week - site closed on Sundays

Duties

• Engage with customers in a professional and ensuring that the highest levels of service is provided, both in-person and over the phone
• Present the vehicle features, specifications and benefits to customers through product demonstrations
• Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the vehicle
• Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, warranties and aftersales products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements

• Good quality sales experience, preferably within a dealership environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in using computer software and CRM systems
• A full driving license valid in the UK with no disqualifications
