Job Description

I have a new paint sprayer opportunity in the Redhill area for a well renowned Bodyshop group. The role offers a good basic salary, excellent bonus earning potential, as well as a friendly team to work alongside. Responsibilities

• Vehicle preparation and spraying
• Paint mixing and matching
• Application of primers, basecoats, topcoats etc
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a car paint sprayer in an automotive body shop or similar environment
• In-depth knowledge of automotive paint systems, including color mixing, application techniques, and drying times
• Proficient in surface preparation techniques, such as sanding, filling, and masking
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish
• Excellent color perception and color matching skills
• Familiarity with different paint types, including water-based and solvent-based paints

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary to £21.50 per hour
• 45-hour week, Monday to Friday
• Excellent bonus scheme
• 23 days holiday + BH, pension scheme
