Role Overview: As a Call Handler, you'll be the first point of contact for their valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently scheduling jobs and appointments
  • Answering customer queries and providing exceptional service
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
