Job Title: Call Handler
Location: South Shields
Duration: Temp ongoing
Shift: Monday - Thursday - 09:00am - 7:00pm
Salary: £10.50ph

We are working with a leading market research business based in South Shields who have immediate vacancies for Call Handlers on a long term full time temporary basis.

The Role

Your role is to make outbound calls to contact and fill out a short questionnaire with students that have recently completed or withdrawn from a course through their local college, council, or training provider. You will be contacting people of all ages, from all areas of the country.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work from dial list to contact students
  • Complete outbound calls
  • Deliver a high level of customer services
  • Act with honesty in your approach
  • To be reactive with changing business needs
  • Honest and open communication
  • Adhere to the company values

Expectation

  • Contact customers from pre-identified call lists
  • Make outbound calls to engage customers
  • Engage and deliver the survey over the telephone
  • Complete surveys on behalf of clients
  • Record results and share with clients

  • Represent clients in a professional, respecting manner
  • Work to KPI`s to deliver output; completed student surveys

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Computer literate
