Responsibilities:
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Handle existing customer queries via telephone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to tailor quotations to customer requirements and upsell ancillary products.
  • Process deposits accurately and schedule follow-up contacts efficiently.
  • Ensure comprehensive customer information is stored in our central CRM system.
  • Assist with performance reporting and escalate complaints as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Fulfill any other tasks assigned by Line Managers and Senior Management.

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a Call/Contact Centre environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
