  • Providing accurate information about our products/services, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team and company goals.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements: 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
