Health Spa Cafe Manager - Full time, permanent position 40 hours per week.

Are you an experienced brasserie, cafe or restaurant manager seeking something different?

We have a really super position with our client who is looking for a manager to come and look after the cafe in their health spa. It's a wonderful position, full time, permanent (40 hours per week) which will involve some weekends. The shift pattern is on a rota basis covering morning, afternoon and late starts. Meals on duty and accommodation available if required. The ideal person for this role will have some management experience and feel comfortable managing a team in a fast paced 5* food service environment. You will be overseeing the health food area within the spa, for example managing a team who make make coffees, juices and light bites and take ownership of the health and safety and food service.
