CAD Technician

CAD Technician - Requiered for our client that workign out of an office in Ipswich. The CAD Technician would be workign for a unique company that is employee owned and work across the a range of industries within Rail, Marine and Structures.

CAD Technician Position Remuneration

• Private Healthcare (currently offered through vitality)

CAD Technician Position Overview

• Play a key role in the production of engineering design work
• Site inspection/survey work
• Technical and CAD drawings
• Assisting with design and general office duties.
• Assisting project managers to deliver project work
• Attend meetings and represent the company
• Provide a mentoring/supervisory role to trainee/junior technicians.

CAD Technician Position Requirements

• T-level or HNC or HND within Engineering or construction
• Experienced AutoCAD and Revit user
• Experience in either Rail, Marine or Structures
• Ability to clearly communicate and interpret instructions
• Desire to contribute to company development
• An interest in supporting/mentoring junior and less experienced Technicians
• Clean driving licence
