CAD / Site Supervisor required to join a well-established construction specialist based in Maidstone. This company work on exciting roofing and cladding projects within the industrial, retail and commercial sector throughout the South-East. The company have got some exciting projects lined up for the year ahead and require someone with experience in completing CAD work as well as being able to supervise the works on site.

CAD / Site Supervisor Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary

CAD / Site Supervisor Position Overview

  • Liaise directly with the clients to complete successful CAD drawings and specifications.
  • Produce construction drawing to a professional standard
  • Schedule and order materials in line with site programmes
  • Visit sites to ensure site installations is in line with drawings
  • Supervise works on-site

CAD / Site Supervisor Position Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Roofing and Cladding design experience is highly desirable (related construction background considered)
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to liaise with clients
  • Full UK Drivers License
