Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and plans for our roofing and flooring projects, working closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed CAD drawings and plans for roofing and flooring projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate representation of project requirements.
• Review and modify drawings to meet client and regulatory specifications.
• Assist in project coordination and scheduling as needed.
• Maintain organized project documentation and files.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
