Are you a CAD Technician from a Design & Build or Architectural background, ready to develop your career with a fast-paced, growing company of experienced designers, where you will be fully encouraged to reach your potential, seeing through complex projects from start to finish, where you will be collaborating with the design manager as a senior member of the team?

This is a new role which has arisen due to growth, as the company looks to take on further landmark projects.

You will be responsible for partnering with the construction team to see through projects from start to finish. You will contribute to designing elements on a micro and macro scale, from joinery to entire spaces.

The role:

• Production of Construction Drawings
• Construction and Fitout Detailing
• Joinery Detailing
• Space Planning
• Liaising with the Construction Team

The Person:

• Any Experience with AutoCAD
• Ideally either from a Design & Build background, or Architectural
• Any experience with building regulations
