CAD Draughtsman

This role involves direct collaboration with clients from initial quotations through to the approval phase, culminating in the creation of detailed manufacturing drawings. The candidate will focus on developing designs featuring box section frames, incorporating stainless steel and shop fit components. Post-design, responsibilities extend to coordinating with clients for the installation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings from initial quotations to final client approval.
• Produce manufacturing drawings for production, focusing on box section frames and incorporating various materials.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful project installation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for creating parts and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience with sheet metal and/or shop fitting parts production.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on project-based work.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Project management capabilities.
