CAD Designer

The Recruitment Co are looking for a CAD Technician to join a growing Engineering Company in Barnsley, within this role you will ensure 2D and 3D drawings are drawn to specification and working with procurement ensuring stock levels are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to work for a Market Leader and progress within the company.

What you can expect in this role:

• Using 2D AutoCAD & 3D Inventor
• Using Procut or similar software
• Liaising with customers around any queries.
• Excellent and Proactive communication with colleagues and customers
• Performing tasks inline with Health & Safety and Quality Standards.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• AutoCAD experience (Essential)
• Solidworks or Inventor experience (Desirable)
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering (HND / HNC Accepted)
• A Fabrication background
• Experience collaborating with a variety of different teams to ensure success

• Up to £35,000 a year
• Early Finish on a Friday
