C# Developer

C# .NET Developer - .NET CORE/Web Services/API/REST/Angular/Azure/SQL - Insurance - Hybrid

This role is Hybrid working 2 days per week in offices in the City of London and the remainder remotely

Our client, a Consultancy who specialise in the Insurance market are recruiting a Developer with good C# .NET development and previous experience working in the Insurance Market to join their team.

Responsibilities-

Application analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment and support of a new and existing solutions. The C#.Net Developer will be working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team creating fit-for-purpose customer-accepted, deliverable solutions using the latest Azure DevOps tools.

Key skills required:

Must have a solid grounding in complete system application development lifecyle, deployment, and support in the IT industry

Previous experience developing in the following technologies/protocols:-

• Previous experience working in the Insurance Market, preferably London Market, is essential
• C#. Net, ASP.NET, .NET CORE
• Web Services, API, REST
• Angular/AngularJS
• Azure DevOps
• Strong MS SQL Server experience with SQL and stored Procedures
• Continuous Integration and Deployment
• IIS
• Git Source Control
• Visual Studio 2017+
• Test Driven Development
• Ability to understand and work through existing code design to assist with production support issue identification and resolution
• Appreciation of different microservice architecture particularly event driven and strong understanding of eventual consistency
• Financial Services (preferably Insurance Market)
• Experience of unit testing automated testing
