Business travel team leader - Required for this expanding global TMC with a office in Central London. The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office, hands on looking after a team of 10 as well as constantly making bookings, around a 50/50 split. Team leader in corporate travel is a must as well as up to date sabre knowledge. Great salary and benefits.

Business travel team leaders duties
-
50% of your time will be making worldwide reservations using sabre, working on a mixture of accounts
-The other 50% will contain a variety of jobs, consisting of training new and existing staff, deal with customer service issues, log annual leave and sickness, performance reviews, monitor and ensure emails are responded top in a timely manner, monitor teams workload plus many more tasks

Business travel teams leaders skills required
-Native sabre is a must
-Previous team leader experience within another TMC
-Very strong up to date booking experience
-Experience with recruitment, 1-2-1s, training etc
-Able to work 3 days in a central London office
