Business Travel Consultant

Looking for an opportunity to progress your career within business travel? Our newest Business Travel Consultant role could be for you!

You could be an existing Travel Consultant with some strong knowledge of booking flights via a GDS, or, someone who's currently a Junior Business Travel Consultant and is looking for a new challenge with a fantastic company.

Working within Business Travel is a move away from a sales based Travel Consultant role and in to a service based, client focused one. You'll be working with a portfolio of corporate companies and looking after their every travel need, utilising your amazing customer service, travel industry knowledge and excellent communication skills at every touch point.

The facts:

• This role is hybrid, with 3 days required in a London based office and 2 from home.
• It's Monday- Friday, no weekends required!
• You'll be working in a team of other Business Travel Consultants with varying degree's of experience who'll help you become the very best at what you do.
• With the support of a company who places great emphasis on the wellbeing of their staff, you will find yourself building your knowledge rapidly, leading you to a varied career within the fast paced world of business travel in no time.

What we are looking for:

• It's essential that you do have GDS knowledge and can search, quote fares, hold and book flights.
• An understanding of airline fare rules and all their complexities!
• You'll have some strong experience within the tailor made travel sector OR some knowledge of business travel already.
• You'll be happy to be based in the office 3 days a week
• As always within travel, attention to detail is paramount (so please make sure your CV demonstrates that too!)
