Business Travel Arranger

We're currently looking for a Business Travel Arranger who can handle all aspects of travel arrangements, ensuring our colleagues have a seamless experience. The role will be working within the People team and reporting into the Fleet and Travel manager.

• Booking end to end business travel arrangements for colleagues, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other necessary arrangements as required.
• Ensuring that the most competitive cost-effective arrangements are made.  
• Assisting colleagues in resolving any travel-related queries.
• Providing travel related reporting. 
• Working in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.

• Ideally business travel arranging experience 
• Excellent organisation 
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
