An OUTSTANDING Opportunity for an experienced BUSINESS CHANGE and BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT an IT/Technical PM role. It is 100% BUSINESS CHANGE, BUSINESS READINESS, AND BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION focused.

We are looking for candidates who are still very 'hands-on' in Delivering Business Change / Business Transformation Projects, but can also act as the M Team Leader to other Project Managers in the team (team of circa 10-20).

We are happy to consider experienced Business Change and Business Transformation Project Managers from all types of different industries and business domains, BUT you MUST have demonstrable experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and can help manage change and advise on change across the whole business.

Exceptional stakeholder management and people skills are paramount for this role; as is your ability to still project manage projects yourself.

£90,000 - £95,000; possibly £100,000 (absolute MAX) for the ideal candidate
