Rate- up to £500 per day, outside IR35.

Contract length- 3 months initially. Highly likely to extend.

Location of work- Hybrid. On average 2 days a week onsite in Oxford.

The role-

Our client is an electronics manufacturing business who require a Business Systems Consultant with Dynamics NAV experience for an initial 3-month contract that is highly likely to extend with the amount of project work on.

You will be joining an inflight inhouse project which is a mixture of NAV 2018 (C/AL based) and C#. A lot of it is NAV 2018 C/AL based as they are restricted to running on-prem.

The business is in the process of creating/ implementing full tracking and traceability from front to back of the building using core NAV Serial and Lot tracking. There is some customizations around the kitting process that needs to be incorporated with the core NAV process. They also need to bring scanning into play via the C# applications. The interface between C# and NAV is through the NAV native web API's/ NAV services.

To be suitable for this role you should have a Manufauring background, have Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience (ideally NAV 2018) and C#.

Skills required:

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience (NAV 2018 is desirable)
  • Good understanding of the working methodologies of C/AL
  • Manufacturing experience
  • C#
