Up to 45k basic salary OTE 90k

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team and take ownership of a warm desk in the business support/commercial division.

The Role:

As a Business Support 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining client relationships. You will focus on business support roles such as administration, office management, customer service, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your expertise to hit the ground running and start building your desk immediately.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure the best match for client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the commercial sector but not necessary.
• Proven track record of success in recruitment, with the ability to demonstrate billings and achievements.
• Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
