Business Support Officer (Facilities)

£18 per hour
Full Time Contract ( 3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer specialising in facilities in Bromley. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- To work with the outsourced helpdesk and CAFM to produce daily reports to track and monitor progress against facilities management tasks across the council's estate.
- To assist the Performance, Compliance and Data Manager to manage supply chain performance, including collating information in relation to Key Performance Indicators and financial data.
- To work with suppliers and stakeholders to schedule works and agree statutory compliance testing programmes.
- To support the upkeep of the facilities management matrix and work to ensure that the organisation is meeting its contractual and statutory maintenance responsibilities.
- To undertake Systems Administrator activities for the Facilities Management team
The candidate:
- Administrative experience in a local government organisation or similar setting
- Experience in running reports from a CAFM system or similar
- Experience in a role dealing with compliance and health and safety legislation
- Experience in the processing and raising of invoices for external suppliers
- A business administration qualification would be desirable
