Business Support Officer (Facilities)
Bromley
£18 per hour
Full Time Contract ( 3 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer specialising in facilities in Bromley. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

  • To work with the outsourced helpdesk and CAFM to produce daily reports to track and monitor progress against facilities management tasks across the council's estate.
  • To assist the Performance, Compliance and Data Manager to manage supply chain performance, including collating information in relation to Key Performance Indicators and financial data.
  • To work with suppliers and stakeholders to schedule works and agree statutory compliance testing programmes.
  • To support the upkeep of the facilities management matrix and work to ensure that the organisation is meeting its contractual and statutory maintenance responsibilities.
  • To undertake Systems Administrator activities for the Facilities Management team


The candidate:

  • Administrative experience in a local government organisation or similar setting
  • Experience in running reports from a CAFM system or similar
  • Experience in a role dealing with compliance and health and safety legislation
  • Experience in the processing and raising of invoices for external suppliers
  • A business administration qualification would be desirable
