Our client is a well-established, award-winning, travel company who have recently launched a new homeworking division.
They are now recruiting someone for a Business Development Executive to support and further develop their homeworkers and franchisees.
Previous travel experience ideally gained within retail travel management or training within the travel industry.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for delivering ongoing operational, training, and business support to their network of homeworkers to enable their businesses to grow and flourish.
This role is offered on a fully remote basis within the UK.
Business Support Executive Responsibilities:
Providing Homeworkers with key performance analysis
Assisting with the creation and refinement of business plans
Assisting with marketing strategies for Homeworkers
Providing training and support, on a day-to-day basis, to maximise Homeworker sales and commissions
Assisting Homeworkers with any operational or administrative issues they may face daily
Business Support Executive Experience Required:
Previous travel industry experience gained within travel is essential within retail travel management or a training based role
Ability to plan, conduct and support online trainings and webinars
Ability to build strong working and personal relationships
Experience working with Homeworkers is preferred
Business Support Executive Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary to £30,000 depending in experience
22 days annual leave

Fully remote working
