Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting their repairs team, handling various administrative tasks including scheduling repairs, raising work tickets, and coordinating with contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to their team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Raise work tickets accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with contractors to coordinate repair works and follow up on progress.
  • Provide general administrative support to the repairs team.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a maintenance environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
