Support Administrator

HYBRID 3 days home based

The Support Administrator will support the day-to-day management of customer accounts and to play a pivotal part in relationships with the customers.

  • The Support Administrator will work collaboratively with other Senior Manager to improve service.
  • Manage all day-to-day Administration requirements, emails, diary and calls
  • Produce data analysis using Excel (experience in using Excel desired)
  • Checking sets of data to ensure business information is aligned.
  • Maintain database of knowledge and data relating to customers
  • Manage and maintain all customer information platforms with relevant data,
  • Talking to clients and suppliers via email and phone with updates, information, and requests.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of new clients
  • Monitoring and Analysing client performance.
  • Updating monthly performance reports
  • Liaise with Accounts team for accurate reporting of client invoices
  • Gathering up-to-date marketplace information and trends
  • Populating new and existing client presentations for the National Account Manager to present
