HYBRID 3 days home based
The Support Administrator will support the day-to-day management of customer accounts and to play a pivotal part in relationships with the customers.
- The Support Administrator will work collaboratively with other Senior Manager to improve service.
- Manage all day-to-day Administration requirements, emails, diary and calls
- Produce data analysis using Excel (experience in using Excel desired)
- Checking sets of data to ensure business information is aligned.
- Maintain database of knowledge and data relating to customers
- Manage and maintain all customer information platforms with relevant data,
- Talking to clients and suppliers via email and phone with updates, information, and requests.
- Responsible for the onboarding process of new clients
- Monitoring and Analysing client performance.
- Updating monthly performance reports
- Liaise with Accounts team for accurate reporting of client invoices
- Gathering up-to-date marketplace information and trends
- Populating new and existing client presentations for the National Account Manager to present
