Your role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Outsourcing Manager specialized in procurement, covering source to pay and procure to pay processes. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving operational excellence, simplification, and compliance to procurement policies. They should excel in implementing and achieving objectives and key results (OKRs), increasing tendering ratios, and leveraging eAuction methodologies. Additionally, expertise in LEAN Six Sigma methodologies for service optimization is essential for this role.

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including source to pay and procure to pay, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the 3rd party service provider.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence within the outsourced procurement function, focusing on simplification and process improvement.
  • Set and achieve OKRs aligned with organizational goals and priorities, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze and optimize tendering ratios, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness in procurement activities.
  • Lead the adoption and utilization of eAuction platforms to optimize procurement outcomes, including cost savings and supplier performance.
  • Utilize LEAN Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery within the outsourced procurement function.

Your team

You will work closely with the Head of Delivery & Operational Oversight team, which is a part of Supply Chain, a Group Corporate Services (GCS) function. Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery within GCS, supporting third-party vendor management as well as with Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
  • Proven experience 10 years in a senior management role within procurement, preferably in a business process outsourcing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, simplification, and compliance within procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of OKRs methodology and experience in setting and achieving objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement policies, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on increasing tendering ratios and leveraging eAuction platforms.
  • Proficiency in LEAN Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on service optimization and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
