Business Manager

We are looking for are looking for an experienced and ambitious Snr Manager or above to run our Enfield office whilst running a Business Support or Finance Desk. Enfield is part of the London North and Ebury Gate Region, comprising of our offices in London Victoria, Romford and Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to embrace and maximise upon existing warm relationships, whilst growing an office and developing their Management career at Hays.

The Enfield office sits right in the middle of the local community, close to Enfield Town and Enfield Chase train station, as well as Oakwood underground. It has provided local recruitment support to the local area for well over a decade, and is well established in Education, Finance, Business Support and HR. While looking to strengthen in those Specialisms, there is obvious opportunity across a range of Specialisms if the right skillset and candidate was available. The office forms I wider team with the Romford office, and initiatives, leadership and incentives are shared across the 2 wider London offices. The Enfield office also retains a close link to our London office, and as such you will be expected to work with Directors and Managers in London and often be required to be in London for a meeting or for collaboration.
