Flagship Business Manager | Beauty | Up to £40,000 + Commission

Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a cruelty free skincare brand, seeking a Flagship Business Manager to join the team in a Central London department store. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage and promote both retail and treatments in the store, whilst ensuring the team achieve targets set and delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone experienced in people management, ideally with a strong retail background in beauty, that motivates and inspires a team to deliver results whilst offering support. If you are service focused, organised, detail-orientated, able to multi task and loves sales then this could one the role for you!

What we want in our new Business Manager:

  • Previous experience in the beauty retail industry, preferably skincare.
  • Passion for skincare
  • Experience in people management
  • Confident in driving sales and working towards KPI's
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness of competitor activity
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Training and coaching
  • Organise and implement counter events and promotional activities
  • Able to build and develop clientele for the account
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Beauty therapy qualifications would be advantageous but not a necessity

Our Business manager in return will be offered a salary of up to £40,000, plus commission and product allocation.
